A few years ago, I did some projects targeted at the Pebble watch. Pebble was since bought out by FitBit. With Pebble there was a choice to use C or to use JS. I chose C. Now there is no choice, you have to use JS. It's not so bad, I just get the feeling that there's a lot going on under the hood that I can't control and optimise. Nevertheless, I came up with (and have submitted for publishing) a new-ish watch face. It shows the time in binary. I intend to update it in the future with custom colour options for the user. Here is a picture of the code and a simulation of the watch face: You may wonder why hours and minutes are incremented each update, and so do I... it stops an off-by-one error.
